THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM
The Exchange program's application schedule is finalized upon approval by the Board of Advisors. Applicants then proceed to submit their applications and engage in virtual interviews. Those selected embark on an immersive seven-day international experience delving into government, economy, and agriculture as they relate to sustainable community growth. Upon completion, participants return with a deeper understanding of the country, fostered meaningful connections, and join the esteemed ranks of The UACE Alumni.

COST:
There is no cost to the UACE fellow when selected to participate in an international trip. The program seeks fellows who demonstrate leadership globally and within government or business.
PROGRAM LEVELS

UACE LEGISLATIVE EXCHANGE
​
This program is suited for Legislative members who are interested into tackling global challenges at the sub-national level. The members must be under 40 years old and interested in policy, economics, or sustainable agriculture.

UACE College Summer Exchange
​
Involves the selection of college students who exhibit an international interest in sustainable agriculture, global policy or international business. Accomplished students then participate in a summer student-only trip with UACE to an international trip.

UACE Professional Exchange
In this exchange program, we prioritize selecting entrepreneurs, corporate business professionals, and government agencies committed to building sustainable communities and learning from international experiences. Our goal is to foster collaboration and share valuable insights that can drive positive change.
